This is our answer to the one nagging obstacle we have run into with outdoor chess sets. What do you do with the taken pieces, or all the pieces when the chess board has become a table? Made entirely of cedar with brass fittings, this attractive rack allows for the compact and neat storage of the pieces. We have also hinged the rack so that when opened the pieces are still accessible if placed next to a wall, deck rail, or in a corner.
